We the undersigned support a publicly-accessible open-standard protocol for 311 services. We support an "Open311 Standard" such as the currently proposed Open311 API specification. We understand that an Open311 Standard will be developed and coordinated with other cities and organizations as to provide increased interoperability among 311 services and applications. We may not currently be able to commit resources toward this goal, but we are voicing our support and interest in using a publicly-accessible, standardized protocol for 311 services as soon as we are able.
